I help women break up the all-or-nothing dieting cycle, and show them the simplest no-nonsense way to maintain a healthy weight without willpower, deprivation, or spending countless hours on the treadmill. My practice pulls from different schools of thought from understanding limiting beliefs, prioritizing emotional health, and supporting metabolism.
