The CKCC Blueprint provides coaching, virtual courses, plans, and accountability for women.
By reading this website, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions. Do not take anything from any website, including this one, and try it without proper research and medical supervision.
Any statements or claims about the possible health benefits conferred by any foods or supplements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.
Lesya Holzapfel of Eat.Be Fit. Explore reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason, including, but not limited to, comments that are in violation of the laws and regulations formed pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
This Purchase Agreement (Agreement) forms a binding contractual agreement between you, the Purchaser, and Eat. Be Fit. Explore LLC.
These Terms of this Agreement are important and you should ensure that you read them carefully and contact Lesya admin@eatbefitexplore.com if you have any questions before purchasing our Products and Services.
This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the purchaser (you) and BSB Tribe (us) and supersedes all prior agreements, conduct, representations, and understandings.
We value your personal information and will not share your information without your express consent.
By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to be bound by its terms.
ACCEPTANCE of TERMS
By accessing, downloading, or using the Products and Services offered on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.
We may change all or part of these Terms at any time. If we do, the new terms and conditions will be posted on this Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any changes. If you object to any changes to the Terms, your only remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the Products and Services.
SERVICES and PACKAGES
The CKCC Blueprint is a Coaching Program for women who want to learn how to Carb Cycle for Fat Loss, Hormone Regulation, and Metabolic Flexibility.
PRICING and PAYMENT
Current prices and packages are as follows:
- VIP Package: $3,000 USD
- Express Package: $1,800.00 USD
If you choose to pick the payment plan option, you are responsible for all payments. Failure to finish all payments will result in the remaining balance being sent to collections.
Please note that if you choose the 3 payment option, Eat. Be Fit. Explore LLC retains the right to suspend access to any program if payments are not made as they are due.
Further, at any time if there is a past-due payment, access to the program will be temporarily restricted until the account is in current financial standing. Should you have any account questions you can email [email protected]
All credit payments are required to be made online via Kajabi
Online Payment Security
Credit card details of all account holders may be retained by the payment gateway, integrated into our e-commerce platform, Kajabi, and our email marketing provider Kajabi.
Access
The CKCC Blueprint EXPRESS Package is a 12-week Coaching Program which means the purchaser has access to the CKCC Blueprint Program for 97 days. (7 extra days are provided to catch up) After 97 days, the purchaser will no longer be able to log in and get access to the site and its contents.
The CKCC Blueprint VIP Package is a 20-week Coaching Program which means the purchaser has 20 weeks of access to the coaching and support but lifetime access to the portal and content.
REFUNDS/GUARANTEE
Because we are not here to waste our time with any opportunity seekers or serial program buyers, and for that reason, there is NO REFUND POLICY. I am so sure that if you IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM it works, period.
If you are NOT SERIOUS and COMMITTED to reaching your fat loss and health goals, don't bother investing in this program.
If you want to buy to see what's inside so you cancel, don't bother, this isn't for you. This is only for serious and committed women.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE
Eat. Be Fit. Explore LLC reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site and Services generally if you breach these terms, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
LICENSE
Upon purchase of any product or service under this Agreement, including but not limited to eBooks, Workbook, Videos, and all PDF downloads (Our Content) Eat. Be Fit. Explore grants the purchaser a perpetual, worldwide, restricted, and non-exclusive license for use of such content for personal use only.
Restrictions
All materials produced by Eat. Be Fit. Explore is not for reproduction or use as a training tool in your own workshops or communities or for distribution to and use by your clients without express permission in writing from Eat. Be Fit. Explore.

If you view, purchase, or access any Websites or any of the Content, you will be considered our Licensee. For the avoidance of doubt, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to you only.

You also grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right to use your likeness and identify you as the author and individual depicted in any comments, posts, photos, images, videos, or other contributions created by you or CKCC Blueprint, or by name, email address, or screen name, for any purposes, including commercial purposes and advertising. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
